Work Outline: Responsible in handling general accounting tasks, accounting program: SAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
To handle overall accounting functions including GL, AP, Tax, Budgeting, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany transaction.
To prepare monthly financial closing & reporting and analysis i.e., Balance sheet, P/L, Management Report, Budgeting.
To make recommendation to management and proactively improve performance by business orientated costs / sales financial analysis.
To support accounting team in term of staff development.
To handle ad hoc assignments or projects with finance and accounting team and with cross functional teams including third parties to deliver various business solutions.
Preparing statutory report.
Reconciling finance accounts.
Coordinate with internal auditor, external auditor, revenue department officer.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or other related fields
At least 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Internal Control, Internal Audit
Working experience in trading business
Possessed CPD license
Good command in English (able to make and analyze accounting reports in English)
Pleasant personality, Open-minded, Result-oriented, and Energetic
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Strong computer skills – Key technical skills include proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook). The ability to develop reports and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint is required
Preferable Skill / Experience
External audit experience or CPA is a plus
Experience in using SAP program
