Duties & Responsibilities:
Applying the expense claim into the Company internal system
Support for VAT report ( Input & Output)
Support for Credit note issuing for product return
Receipt issuing to customers
Bill confirmation issuing to our customers
Documents filing
Expense claim report checking in some parts
Other accounting and administrative work as request
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male/female, age 24-29 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field
At least 1 year of experience in admin or accounting field
Computer literacy (Ms. Office-Words, Excel)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Diligent & Integrity
Knowledge and experience about administration work and also related accounting job
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17.20 (Working Hour 7.20 hours)
