Work Outline: Responsible for all Accounting & Administrative function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for and review work of Accounts Executive and ensure accuracy of entries and timely month-end closing
Review financial statements (such as P&L, Balance Sheet and reconciliation) prepared by Accounts Executive and ensure timely submissions and manage reporting including quarterly consolidated package
Review expenditure payment and closely monitor payment schedule and timeliness of payment
Liaise with Distributors/Dealers on L/C and TT Advance payment
Oversee tax and regulatory matters (corporate tax/withholding tax/VAT) and ensure documents & procedures adhere to Thailand Tax & Legislation.
Build good relationship with banks and participate in negotiations including Bank of Thailand for renewal of Foreign currency transactions
Liaise with external and internal auditors on audit issues and follow-ups.
Ensure that accounting guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to.
Support local branch Managing Director on business & strategic matters (e.g. conduct research & collect information for decision making) to meet business requirement.
Oversee HR & Admin functions of local branch and liaise with oversee branch HR on HR issues & administrative policies and implementation.
Liaise and report to Singapore counterparts on operational matters
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Accounts/Finance in trading companies.
Experience in management level
Familiar with trading industry.
Good knowledge of Thailand’s Finance and tax legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft office software.
Excellent command of English
Possessed CPD license
Preferable Skill / Experience
Knowledge of Japanese language will be an added advantage.
Experience of communicating with Audit and Bank vendors is preferable.
