<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and oversee overall corporate legal affairs, especially 3 aspects - Labour, Taxation, and Commercial.
- Providing legal support and advice on all agreements/contracts with external parties.
- Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in the organization.
- Other duties or any ad hoc projects as assigned by superior.
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of law or higher
- At least 3 years’ experience in corporate legal work
- Lawyer license required
- Able to work independently and travel domestically
- Good command of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in law firm or manufacturing preferred

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลงานด้านกฎหมายของบริษัทโดยรวม โดยเฉพาะ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านแรงงาน ภาษีอากร และพาณิชยกรรม
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านกฎหมายและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลง/สัญญาทั้งหมดกับบุคคลภายนอก
- ดูแลให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบปฏิบัติสำหรับการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดในองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ หรืองานเฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านกฎหมายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- สามารถทำงานอิสระและเดินทางภายในประเทศได้
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
