<Job Responsibilities>
- As Brand Manager, Manage the product development division (2 member), sales and marketing division (1 member), Online division ( 1 member),
- As Brand Manager, understand the corporate plan Japanese Director made and let each member to handle it.
- Manage the sales and corporate plan which Japanese Director Made
- In product development division, Manage the 2 member and visit Clients with member about Business meeting about developing new products
- In sales and marketing division, Manage the 2 member and manage and make the marketing plan and expand sales
- In Online division, Indicate member to operate online store.
- Take Web Meeting with Japanese HQ and inform to Thai brunch about the Japanese HQ plan
- Other tasks assigned by Thai Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience as product development in Apparel industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in Apparel industry
- Having experience as marketing in retail industry
- Having experience as Manager in retail industry
- Conversational high level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience Brand Manager or Branch Manager in Apparel industry
- Business level of Japanese
- Experience as handle online store
- Having the skill of Web marketing

Workplace Area: Yannawa, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon - Fri, Sat(sometime, depends on CL))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ในฐานะผู้จัดการแบรนด์ จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (สมาชิก 2 คน) ฝ่ายขายและการตลาด (1 คน) ฝ่ายออนไลน์ (สมาชิก 1 คน)
- ในฐานะ Brand Manager ให้เข้าใจแผนองค์กรที่ Japanese Director ทำขึ้น และให้สมาชิกแต่ละคนจัดการมัน
- จัดการการขายและแผนองค์กรที่ผู้อำนวยการชาวญี่ปุ่นทำ
- ในแผนกพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ จัดการสมาชิกทั้ง 2 คน และเยี่ยมชมลูกค้ากับสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการประชุมทางธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ในฝ่ายขายและการตลาด บริหารสมาชิกทั้ง 2 คน บริหารจัดการและจัดทำแผนการตลาดและขยายยอดขาย
- ในหมวดออนไลน์ ให้ระบุสมาชิกเพื่อดำเนินการร้านค้าออนไลน์
- จัด Web Meeting กับ HQ ชาวญี่ปุ่นและแจ้ง Thai Brunch เกี่ยวกับแผน HQ ของญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการคนไทย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ Brand Manager หรือ Branch Manager ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องนุ่งห่ม
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการร้านค้าออนไลน์
- มีทักษะการทำเว็บมาร์เก็ตติ้ง
