<Job Responsibilities>
- Get appointments to Japanese Management by e-mail, conducting seminar and from existing client and new potential clients. (Target: Visiting 2 client /day)
- Proactively arrange the appointment schedule with JP manager
- Visit clients with JP manager to ask client's needs and issues
- Create proposals by mainly Microsoft Power point
- Collect and analyse data and design and prepare for required solutions for each client such as Training course, HR assessment system tool, HRM organization structure. (Initially, main solution will be Training for managers and collaborate with partner companies)
- Analyse and report the result of each solution afterwards and use them for next proposal
- Propose next solution to existing company by discussing the progress of HR development and build continuous relationship with them
- Collaborate with trainer and colleagues to provide training course
- Marketing activity (advertisement, promotion planning)
- Other task as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Business level of Japanese language
- Fresh graduated candidate who has strong interest in HRM (Human Resource Management), Management Training service is welcome
- Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, etc)
- Strong interests in HRM (Human Resource Management), Management Training service.
- No hesitance for cold call (Business development)
- Person who can learn from your own experience
- Never-give-up mind
- Self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target
- (Possess target-oriented mind)
- Has the strong sense of client-oriented mind and thought
- Personality (Outgoing, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Ownership)

<Preferable skills>
- Have working experience as a corporate sale

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับการนัดหมายผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นทางอีเมล ดำเนินการสัมมนาและจากลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และลูกค้าใหม่ (เป้าหมาย：เยี่ยมลูกค้า 2 ราย /วัน)
- จัดตารางนัดหมายล่วงหน้ากับผู้จัดการ JP
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้ากับผู้จัดการ JP เพื่อสอบถามความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้า
- สร้างข้อเสนอโดย Microsoft Power point เป็นหลัก
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและออกแบบและเตรียมโซลูชันที่จำเป็นสำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละราย เช่น หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือระบบการประเมิน HR โครงสร้างองค์กร HRM (ในขั้นต้น แนวทางหลักจะเป็นการอบรมสำหรับผู้จัดการและร่วมมือกับบริษัทคู่ค้า)
- วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลของแต่ละโซลูชันในภายหลังและใช้สำหรับข้อเสนอต่อไป
- เสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไปให้กับบริษัทที่มีอยู่โดยหารือเกี่ยวกับความคืบหน้าในการพัฒนา HR และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างต่อเนื่องกับพวกเขา
- ร่วมมือกับผู้ฝึกสอนและเพื่อนร่วมงานเพื่อจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม
- กิจกรรมทางการตลาด (โฆษณา การวางแผนส่งเสริมการขาย)
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ ที่สนใจงาน HRM (Human Resource Management) บริการฝึกอบรมด้านการจัดการ
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (PPT, Excel, etc)
- มีความสนใจอย่างมากใน HRM (การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์), บริการฝึกอบรมการจัดการ
- ไม่ลังเลสำหรับการโทร (พัฒนาธุรกิจ)
- ผู้ที่สามารถเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ของคุณเอง
- ไม่ยอมแพ้
- มีความทะเยอทะยานสูงในการบรรลุเป้าหมาย (มีจิตใจเป็นที่ตั้งเป้าหมาย)
