Duties & Responsibilities
(Work Outline) 
To keep good relationship with clients and seek for new clients to expand the business


 (Details) 
Meeting and present the product to client in Bangkok and up Country 
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale 
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit. 
Able to searching new customer to meet the target 
Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities 
Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paper work. 
Follow up the process from start Project until complete. 


Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, 24 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Marketing Field 
Pleasant personality, active, powerful, keen for achievement, service minded, good interpersonal, and negotiating skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Results oriented and ability work under pressure
Computer Literacy 
Have a Own car 


[Prefer]
Experience as an sales in a construction company
Japanese Skill(N1～N3)


Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation to Business Level 
Japanese: Not required but will be an advantage


Workplace Area: Srinakarindr Road, Bangkok
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00
