<Job Responsibilities>
- Check and update customer’s order, release customers’ purchasing order into the system
- Coordinate with Sale & Marketing team to follow up customers’ forecast and purchase order
- Coordinate with production planning team and logistic team to update the movement of order and delivery schedule
- Communicate with domestic and oversea customers as daily basis, and negotiate the delivery schedule if needed
- Issue sales reports in order to report monthly sales progress to sales team and related department
- Handle commission, Credit Note, Debit Note, and others related documents
- Organize and host internal meeting with factory site to discuss order, delivery, or other relevant issue if needed.
- Other task as assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Production Planning, or Supply Chain
- Good command of English both verbal and written (to communicate with Japanese and foreign expatriates)
- Have JLPT certificate at least N3 or above level
- Be able to work at Ayutthaya

<Preferable skills>
- TOEIC 500+ Scores
- Working experiences in electronics manufacturing companies

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: Once for each month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า ปล่อยคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเข้าสู่ระบบ
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและการตลาดเพื่อติดตามการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้าและใบสั่งซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับทีมวางแผนการผลิตและทีมลอจิสติกส์เพื่ออัพเดทความเคลื่อนไหวของคำสั่งซื้อและกำหนดการส่งมอบ
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศเป็นประจำทุกวัน และเจรจากำหนดการจัดส่งหากจำเป็น
- ออกรายงานการขายเพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าการขายประจำเดือนต่อทีมขายและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ค่าคอมมิชชั่น, ใบลดหนี้, ใบลดหนี้, และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดและจัดการประชุมภายในกับไซต์โรงงานเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่ง หรือปัญหาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องหากจำเป็น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในด้าน Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Production Planning หรือ Supply Chain
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและเขียน (เพื่อสื่อสารกับชาวญี่ปุ่นและชาวต่างชาติ)
- มีใบรับรอง JLPT อย่างน้อย N3 หรือระดับที่สูงกว่า
- สามารถทำงานที่อยุธยาได้

<ทักษะที่ต้องการ>
- TOEIC 500+ คะแนน
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
