<Job Responsibilities>
This position is expected to manage Business-Development team* by utilizing knowledge and experience of real estate development.
*Project numbers are around 12 condominiums, 2 housing and 2hotel project (April-2022)
- To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
- To make Feasibility Study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
- To manage the sales/lease progress of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
- To manage finance/cash flow status of project
- To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
- To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business
- To perform other duties that may be assigned
- To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks
- Other duties assigned by Manager
** There will more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Real Estate, Architecture or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in land acquisition for the residential development, of any other real estate development business
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of manager of real estate development business company
- Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business
- Good understanding about sales/leasing in real estate business
- Good command of English, strong communication skills
- PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point
- No job-hopper

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business
- Experience in marketing for the residential development, of any other real estate development business

ตำแหน่งนี้คาดว่าจะเป็นผู้บริหารทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจ* โดยใช้ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
*จำนวนโครงการอยู่ที่ประมาณ 12 คอนโดมิเนียม 2 บ้านและ 2 โครงการโรงแรม (เมษายน-2565)
- เพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือวิจัยการตลาดเพื่อการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม ค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ
- เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ทั้งที่อยู่อาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม ค้าปลีก ขนส่ง และอื่นๆ
- เพื่อบริหารจัดการความคืบหน้าการขาย/เช่าที่อยู่อาศัย สำนักงาน โรงแรม ร้านค้าปลีก โลจิสติกส์ และอื่นๆ
- เพื่อบริหารจัดการสถานะการเงิน/กระแสเงินสดของโครงการ
- เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ แผนงาน และแบบจำลองสำหรับธุรกิจและโครงการใหม่ และเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ของธุรกิจเหล่านั้น
- เพื่อร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรร่วมทุนและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้บริหารสำหรับงานที่ร้องขอทุกประเภท
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
** จะมีงานที่ไม่ประจำเพิ่มขึ้นและคาดว่าผู้สมัครจะมีความยืดหยุ่นและขับเคลื่อนด้วยตนเองเพื่อการดำเนินงานที่ราบรื่นของโครงการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด กลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดหาที่ดินเพื่อการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย ของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์อื่น ๆ
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ของผู้จัดการบริษัทธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- มีความเข้าใจในการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่องการขาย/ลีสซิ่งในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point
- ไม่ใช่ Job Hopper
