<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and control the import and export shipments & documentation system effectively to prevent customers' material shortage
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange the arrival of import and domestic materials and inform the concerned departments in order for them to run production planning effectively
- Work with Department of Foreign Trade to issue documents of FTA Certificate
- Work with BOI function to support the documentation and carry out BOI privileges effectively
- Other work activities on request or assigned.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-27 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Import-Export, Logistics, Purchasing or related fields
- Good command of English (coordinate with oversea)
- Good coordination, teamwork

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
- Experience with SAP
- BOI knowledge or experience

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนและควบคุมการนำเข้าและส่งออกระบบการจัดส่งและเอกสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อป้องกันการขาดแคลนวัสดุของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อจัดเตรียมการนำเข้าและวัสดุภายในประเทศและแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ดำเนินการวางแผนการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ทำงานร่วมกับกรมการค้าต่างประเทศในการออกเอกสารรับรอง FTA
- ทำงานร่วมกับฟังก์ชัน BOI เพื่อรองรับเอกสารและดำเนินการสิทธิพิเศษ BOI ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กิจกรรมการทำงานอื่น ๆ ตามคำร้องขอหรือได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-27 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้านการจัดการซัพพลายเชน, นำเข้า-ส่งออก, โลจิสติกส์, การจัดซื้อ, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ประสานงานกับต่างประเทศ)
- ประสานงานดี, สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์กับ SAP
- ความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ BOI
