Work Outline: Preparing the document for sales, coordination of internal 
Support some accounting tasks


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Communicate with sales person and customer well, then making quotation or necessary documents for customer 
 The sales coordinator must liaise between customer and other departments to provide high quality service
 Cooperate with headquarter in Japan in case it’s necessary in the operation
 Organize and maintain sales documents with a systematic manner
 Report problems regarding sales or any related issues to direct supervisor
 Checking accuracy of calculations, prevent mistakes
 Attending the company meeting 
 Support some accounting tasks (Basic accounting)
 Complete other duties which are assigned by supervisor


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, female only, age 25-30 years old
 Bachelor's Degree any related field is better
 Minimum 2 years’ experience as sales coordinator
 Know about accounting
 Good command of English
 MS Office skill


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Experience of working for trading company
 Good command of Japanese


 Languages skills 
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (Preferable)




Workplace Area: BTS / Asok 
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB Negotiable
