Work Outline: Be in charge of exporting consumer electronics and electrical equipment to (HQ) procedure and all related tasks


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support exporting procedure of component parts to Head Office 
 Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate
 Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer
 Issue Preform Invoice and purchase order to supplier 
 Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
 Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request
 Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
 Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, male or female, age 24-30 years
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in export field
 Able to use Microsoft Office
 Good command of speaking and writing English


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers

Workplace Area: (BTS) Surasak
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 THB Negotiable
