Work Outline: Estimate prepare document for cost of construction, Coordinate with supplier/contractor


Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ and mobilization
Participate in develop project plans for the duration of the project and construction
Prepare material requisitions for quotation, interpretation of contract Item
Coordinate with supplier/contractor
Visit clients site sometimes (by company car & driver)


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer or related fields
At least 1 year working experience as Estimate Engineer in Construction company
Good skills for preparing BOQ and handling tender projects
Good skills for preparing VO & claim issue


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon – Fri)
