<Job Responsibilities>
- Implementing, reviewing, and monitoring Corporate Policies and Procedures to ensure that the company is complying with the regulations.
- Oversight and ensure all the policies of internal procedures and outsourced agencies are compliant with internal compliance policies, laws, and regulations of related regulators.
- Report to Department Head on identification of potential compliance risks and minimize it.
- Establish compliance strategies include all training to ensure the employees are aware and understand all compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and coordinate to implement the internet control system and procedures to ensure the internal control have been taken to all functions to avoid operational risk.
- Coordinate to implement the Business Continuity Plan, including emergency and crisis management, safety plan with related parties.
- Support other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in area beneficial to operation, for instance, accounting, finance, economics, and business administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, internal control, operation control, audit function or related functions
- Experience in Policy & Procedure writing and review on financial business
- Specialist on compliance (for AMLO, PDPA)
- Good command in English (at least Conversational High)
- Presentation skill in Thai and English
- Good command of Excel Skills
- Well-organized, details-oriented, mature, and excellent interpersonal and communication skill

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience related to Auto Leasing Business (but not current job)
- Good computer skill and able to use relevant software such as RPA

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการ ทบทวน และติดตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัทเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ
- กำกับดูแลและดูแลให้นโยบายทั้งหมดของกระบวนการภายในและหน่วยงานภายนอกเป็นไปตามนโยบายการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบภายใน กฎหมาย และระเบียบข้อบังคับของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รายงานต่อหัวหน้าแผนกเกี่ยวกับการระบุความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและลดความเสี่ยง
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบรวมถึงการฝึกอบรมทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานรับทราบและเข้าใจนโยบายและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบทั้งหมด
- พัฒนาและประสานงานเพื่อนำระบบและขั้นตอนการควบคุมอินเทอร์เน็ตไปใช้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุมภายในในทุกหน้าที่เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ
- ประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินการตามแผนความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ รวมถึงการจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉินและวิกฤต แผนความปลอดภัยกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินงาน เช่น การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ และบริหารธุรกิจ
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้านการปฏิบัติตาม การบริหารความเสี่ยง การควบคุมภายใน การควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน หน่วยงานตรวจสอบ หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนนโยบายและขั้นตอนและทบทวนธุรกิจการเงิน
- ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด (สำหรับ AMLO, PDPA)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อย่างน้อยระดับสนทนาสูง)
- ทักษะการนำเสนอภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้ Excel Skills ได้ดี
- มีระเบียบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจสินเชื่อรถยนต์ (แต่ไม่ใช่งานปัจจุบัน)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี สามารถใช้โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ เช่น RPA
