• Take care of VISA & Work Permit under BOI for Japanese.
• Coordinate with internal employees and vendors
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Handle and prepare documents for expenses
• To take care of equipment and Housekeeping.
• Maintain and update company databases
Qualification Requirements Details
• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor of Business Administration or relate.
• Good Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office,Ms.Work, Power point ect.) and English Proficiency
• Good personality, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and working with passion
• Good responsibilities and good skill for solve the problem.
• Have experience about VISA and Work permit under BOI license and Administration officer.
• Have experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality or keep secret information.
