Work outline: Responsible for customer service tasks (sea freight)




Duties & Responsibilities:
 Contacting Sea Freight for booking space and cooperate with oversea agent.
 Getting the related document from customer send to all concerns
 Inputting shipment detail as per customer’s invoice and create B/L.
 Sending pre-alert and corresponding with oversea agent for any cases and support any problem
 Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers.
 Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time.
 Coordinating between customer and internal section.
 Other tasks will be assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 23-28 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree Logistics or in related fields 
 At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (Sea Export)
 Computer literacy
 Not job hopper (more than 1 year of experience in a company)


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
 Able to work under pressure and timeline




Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational level 
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
