<Job Responsibilities>
• To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
• To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation
• To manage all HRD functions including employee retention, employee relation, learning & development, and communication
• To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources
• Planning annual training master plan and provide internal development
• Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employee’s morale and enhance the engagement of employee
• Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of policies and procedures
• Assist in development, implementation, and review of recruitment initiative process
• Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employees’ morale and enhance the engagement of all staff in the organization by proposing and organizing events/activities.
• Salary Structure and Analysis
• Manage all operation of Human resource
• Other ad-hoc duties or project as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years in Human Resource field
- 5 years in HR Manager (with subordinates)
- Proven experiences in both HRM and HRD
- Knowledge in labor laws, compliance, and other related laws
- Multi-tasking with strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (Internal communication, documents)
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Bachelor or higher degree in Human resource
- Experiences to create or enhance or revise of company’s HR strategy, career / remuneration / evaluation / goal process management

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Sat: None, Work in Office 100%))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• เพื่อจัดการการจ้างงานและการปฏิบัติตามด้านกฎระเบียบ
• เพื่อพัฒนาและแก้ไขนโยบายและระเบียบ HR ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
• เพื่อจัดการงาน HRD ทั้งหมด รวมถึงการรักษาพนักงาน พนักงานสัมพันธ์ การเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา และการสื่อสาร
• เพื่อจัดการกฎระเบียบการรายงานของรัฐบาลที่มีผลกระทบต่อทรัพยากรมนุษย์
• วางแผนแผนแม่บทการฝึกอบรมประจำปีและจัดให้มีการพัฒนาภายใน
• สร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรเชิงบวกเพื่อเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจของพนักงานและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน
• พัฒนาและอำนวยความสะดวกในการออกแบบและดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนต่างๆ
• ช่วยในการพัฒนา ดำเนินการ และทบทวนกระบวนการริเริ่มในการสรรหาบุคลากร
• สร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรเชิงบวกเพื่อเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจของพนักงานและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานทุกคนในองค์กรด้วยการเสนอและจัดอีเวนท์/กิจกรรม
• โครงสร้างเงินเดือนและการวิเคราะห์
• บริหารจัดการงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมด
• งานเฉพาะกิจหรือโครงการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล
- 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (พร้อมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
- ประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์ได้ทั้ง HRM และ HRD
- ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันด้วยทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายใน, เอกสาร)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ประสบการณ์ในการสร้างหรือปรับปรุงหรือแก้ไขกลยุทธ์ HR ของบริษัท อาชีพ / ค่าตอบแทน / การประเมิน / การจัดการกระบวนการเป้าหมาย
