Work outline: Responsible for all function of HRM, HRD and GA not only managing but also required to work as a dedicated member who can help other subordinates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
HR activities such as Recruiting, Evaluating, Employee relation, other HRM related work.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
Prepare and report required documents by Japan HQ
Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Coordinate with government agencies related.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 27-38 years old
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
At least 5 years working experience in Human Resources in Manufacturing company
Be able to work long term (Job hopper will not be accepted as it is a core member of the organization)
Advanced conversational level of English
Personality (Friendly, Well-organized, Leadership, Flexible )
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in dealing with labor problems such as labor disputes
Experience as a manager or assistant manager
Conversational level Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 08:00 – 17:15 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 65,000 THB negotiable
