<Job Responsibilities>
• Operation, coordinate and monitoring the work of various departments involved in production and monitoring performance and implement improvements, ensure quality of product and to manage employee productivity, manage maintenance of machine and equipment’s
• Oversee employee’s operation to efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely.
• Measuring the Budget and control cost level of the product operation cost in accordance to the target set in KPI. Promote cost and capital efficiency
• To utilization financial data to improve profitability and prepare and control operation budgets.
• Ensure all customer orders are manufactured & within agreed quality specifications
• Coordinate and supervision: coordinate and manage and monitoring the works of various department of production in the organization.
• Reporting weekly activities
• Ensure production achieved in a safe manner with minimal environmental impacts
• Other jobs as assigned.
• Implements cost saving ideas.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years as Production Control (Food manufacturing)
- Management with subordinates (Supervisor level or more)
- Good command of English (Report Management, Coordinate with internal JP)
- Communication, Analytical and Negotiation, Adaptability, High problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Own car with Driving license
- Can work 6 days/ week (Monday – Saturday)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• ดำเนินการ ประสานงาน และติดตามการทำงานของแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตและติดตามประสิทธิภาพและดำเนินการปรับปรุง รับรองคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ และเพื่อจัดการประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน จัดการการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
• ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าโรงงานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น รวดเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัย
• การวัดงบประมาณและควบคุมระดับต้นทุนของต้นทุนการดำเนินงานผลิตภัณฑ์ตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ใน KPI ส่งเสริมต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพของเงินทุน
• เพื่อใช้ข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อปรับปรุงความสามารถในการทำกำไรและเตรียมและควบคุมงบประมาณการดำเนินงาน
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าทั้งหมดได้รับการผลิตและอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพที่ตกลงกันไว้
• ประสานงานและกำกับดูแล : ประสานงานและจัดการและติดตามการทำงานของฝ่ายผลิตต่างๆในองค์กร
• รายงานกิจกรรมประจำสัปดาห์
• รับรองการผลิตที่ทำได้อย่างปลอดภัยโดยมีผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุด
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ใช้แนวคิดในการประหยัดต้นทุน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิต (การผลิตอาหาร)
- การจัดการกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา (ระดับหัวหน้างานขึ้นไป)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (รายงานต่อผู้จัดการ, ประสานงานภายในกับคนญี่ปุ่น)
- การสื่อสาร การวิเคราะห์และการเจรจาต่อรอง การปรับตัว ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสูง
- ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถทำงานได้ 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์-เสาร์)
