<Job Responsibilities>
• Responsible for marketing in Thailand Traditional Trade market and could potentially support Southeast Asia in the future.
• Manage/control plans and procedures for many new products parallelly in timely manner.
• Hands-on execution of plans/operations/strategies.
• Support and coordinate with clients and to keep good relations with clients
• Initiate sales/marketing performance to achieve sales target and report to management
• Overseeing of the cost controlling/budget management.
• Other duties as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 23-34 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience as marketing or sales planning of FMCG/Consumer Goods/Everyday Goods
- Strong coordinating/dealing with Traditional Trade
- Good command of English (internal use, email, and documents)
- Active, good communication/coordination skill

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Modern Trade Sales, product FMCG (non-food), Everyday Goods
- Familiar with Japanese company/working style

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday to Friday(No SAT))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• รับผิดชอบด้านการตลาดในตลาดการค้าแบบดั้งเดิมของไทย และสามารถสนับสนุนภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ได้ในอนาคต
• จัดการ/ควบคุมแผนงานและขั้นตอนสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่จำนวนมากควบคู่กันไปอย่างทันท่วงที
• การลงมือทำตามแผน/ปฏิบัติการ/กลยุทธ์
• สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับลูกค้าและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
• เริ่มต้นการขาย/การตลาดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
• กำกับดูแลการควบคุมต้นทุน/การจัดการงบประมาณ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 23-34 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีในด้านการตลาดหรือการวางแผนการขายสินค้าประเภท FMCG /สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค / สินค้าในชีวิตประจำวัน
- ทักษะประสานงาน/จัดการกับการค้าแบบดั้งเดิมที่แข็งแกร่ง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ใช้ภายใน อีเมล และเอกสาร)
- คล่องแคล่ว มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร/ประสานงานที่ดี

- การขายโมเดิร์นเทรด, สินค้า FMCG (ไม่ใช่อาหาร), ของใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน
- คุ้นเคยกับบริษัท/สไตล์การทำงานของญี่ปุ่น
