<Job Responsibilities>
Exiting Clients 90%
New Clients 10% (Answer to inquiries or introduction from other clients)
• Hear the deep background of requirement and discuss the proper requirement of products with client
• Provide solution for clients' problems by using own products
• Communicate with clients to get market information
• Visit clients by oneself and make relationships and check the installation process on site with engineers
• *Industrial Area, About 2-3 hours Northern East Area
• *About 10 days per month
• *Company can provide the company car
• *There is car allowance when use own car
• Prepare documents related to sales activity such as proposal materials, quotations and order sheets
• Report the daily sales progress to Japanese manager
• Other tasks as assigned

• *As OJT, this position has to stay on site for about 2 weeks to learn overall process, when installing products (The company provide the hotel)
• *Sometimes the environment at client site is very hot and humid because of Turbine.
• * This position is expected to be a manager in the future

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, 25-33 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a salesperson in manufacturing company or trading company
- Experience in making proposal based on each client's situation
- Conversational high level of English
- Driving license
- Person who can independently ask deep customer needs (not passive to get client request)
- Person who is fast learner for new products
- Person who has a strong willingness to career up as management

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field
- Having knowledge of Turbine or Pump
- Having own car

ลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ 90%
ลูกค้าใหม่ 10% (ตอบคำถามหรือแนะนำจากลูกค้ารายอื่น)
• ฟังเบื้องหลังของความต้องการอย่างลึกซึ้งและหารือเกี่ยวกับความต้องการที่เหมาะสมของผลิตภัณฑ์กับลูกค้า
• จัดหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าโดยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของตัวเอง
• สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อรับข้อมูลการตลาด
• เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าด้วยตัวเองและสร้างความสัมพันธ์และตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการติดตั้งกับวิศวกร
• *เขตอุตสาหกรรม ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประมาณ 2-3 ชั่วโมง
• *ประมาณ 10 วันต่อเดือน
• *บริษัทสามารถจัดหารถยนต์ของบริษัทให้
• *มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงเมื่อใช้รถส่วนตัว
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมการขาย เช่น เอกสารข้อเสนอ ใบเสนอราคา และใบสั่งซื้อ
• รายงานความคืบหน้าการขายรายวันต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• *ในการ OJT ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องอยู่ที่ไซต์งานประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการโดยรวม เมื่อติดตั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ (บริษัทจัดหาโรงแรมให้)
• *บางครั้งสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไซต์ของลูกค้าร้อนและชื้นมากเนื่องจากกังหัน
• * ตำแหน่งนี้คาดว่าจะเป็นผู้จัดการในอนาคต

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 25-33 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะพนักงานขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือบริษัทการค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำข้อเสนอตามสถานการณ์ของลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- ใบขับขี่
- บุคคลที่สามารถถามความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้งได้ (ไม่อยู่เฉยเพื่อรับคำขอของลูกค้า)
- ผู้ที่เรียนรู้เร็วสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ผู้ที่มีความตั้งใจอย่างแรงกล้าที่จะประกอบอาชีพเป็นผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เรื่องกังหันหรือปั๊ม
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง
