<Job Responsibilities>
Main task: Mainly responsible for local/ export sales activities and create strategies to increase sales volume and boost revenue.
- In charge of Business Development in order to expand more client
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Visit clients to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Seeking for new channel to launch product
- Create strategies to increase product value
- Coordinate with Factory regarding the production plan
- Responsible for Sales documents

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, soil, chemical or any related
- At least 7 years of experiences of Sales and Marketing in Fertilizer or other chemical product related to agriculture
- Able to go business trip in upcountry
- Good command of English for communicating with clients and creating documents
- Driving's license or own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have direct experience in selling Soil Conditioners (Potassium Humate)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
งานหลัก: รับผิดชอบหลักกิจกรรมการขายในท้องถิ่น/ส่งออก และสร้างกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มปริมาณการขายและเพิ่มรายได้
- รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาธุรกิจเพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าให้มากขึ้น
- จัดการประชุมทางธุรกิจกับผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้า
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าเดิม
- หาช่องทางใหม่ในการออกสินค้า
- สร้างกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานกับโรงงานเกี่ยวกับแผนการผลิต
- รับผิดชอบเอกสารการขาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเกษตร ดิน เคมี หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปี ด้านการขายและการตลาดด้านปุ๋ยหรือผลิตภัณฑ์เคมีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกษตร
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและสร้างเอกสาร
- มีใบขับขี่หรือรถยนต์ของตัวเอง

- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในการขายสารปรับสภาพดิน (โพแทสเซียมฮิวเมท)
