<Job Responsibilities>
• Daily office's transaction recheck, then propose to report line
• <Car related payment, payment for service center, Admin cost, insurance charges>
• Bookkeeping by utilizing MS Excel
• Recheck about Tax and check code in system
• Recheck about conflict of interest
• Review financial statement of (AP, AR and finance section)
• Process for closing of Financial management
• Analysis account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Journal entries and transactions related month end closing.
• Maintain accuracy in all asset files, balance sheet and provide support to all work paper.
• Coordinate with HR department to get Social Security tax and balance, Salary payment information, then input in data base.
• Manage schedule for all filing deadlines and assist to close all month end transaction.
• Support action plan provide assistance to manage all ad hoc on all accounting activities.
• To communicate with external audit for financial information to complete half year and year end audit report.
• Making report (monthly, Quarterly, Half year, Yearly) and submit to HQ

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience 7+ years as Overall Accounting (focus on AP) Any industry
- Experience of Monthly closing
- Prepare Financial Statement skills
- Strong Management experience
- Good command of MS Excel
- Good command in communication English in writing and speaking.
- Active, work hard, be careful in detail with great Analysis skills

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience in Automotive Leasing (check contract or resign first)
- Good command of SAP

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Full office operation))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• ตรวจสอบธุรกรรมของสำนักงานรายวันอีกครั้ง แล้วเสนอให้ Report Line
• <ค่างวดรถ, ค่าศูนย์บริการ, ค่าแอดมิน, ค่าประกัน>
• ทำบัญชีโดยใช้ MS Excel
• ตรวจสอบภาษีและเช็ครหัสในระบบ
• ตรวจสอบความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์อีกครั้ง
• ตรวจสอบงบการเงินของ (AP, AR และหมวดการเงิน)
• ขั้นตอนการปิดการบริหารการเงิน
• วิเคราะห์การกระทบยอดบัญชี รับรองความถูกต้องและส่งมอบทันเวลา
• รายการบันทึกประจำวันและรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน
• รักษาความถูกต้องในไฟล์สินทรัพย์ งบดุล และสนับสนุนเอกสารงานทั้งหมด
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลเพื่อรับภาษีและยอดเงินประกันสังคม ข้อมูลการจ่ายเงินเดือน แล้วป้อนข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูล
• จัดการกำหนดการสำหรับกำหนดเวลายื่นทั้งหมดและช่วยในการปิดธุรกรรมสิ้นเดือนทั้งหมด
• แผนปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนให้ความช่วยเหลือในการจัดการเฉพาะกิจทั้งหมดในกิจกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งหมด
• เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกสำหรับข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบครึ่งปีและสิ้นปี
• จัดทำรายงาน (รายเดือน รายไตรมาส ครึ่งปี รายปี) และส่งไปยัง HQ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ 7 ปีขึ้นไปในงานบัญชีโดยรวม (เน้น AP) ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์การปิดบัญชีรายเดือน
- เตรียมทักษะด้านงบการเงิน
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการที่แข็งแกร่ง
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในการเขียนและการพูดได้ดี
- กระตือรือร้น ทำงานหนัก ระมัดระวังในรายละเอียดพร้อมทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อรถยนต์ (ตรวจสอบสัญญาหรือลาออกก่อน)
- สามารถใช้ SAP ได้ดี
