• Develop goals and metrics of the manufacturing engineering team directly related to production unit support.
• Demonstrated competencies in customer focused innovation, technical excellence, strategic insight, impact, and influence across a product
group or beyond, and passion for quality.
• Drive product cost reduction and ensure targets are achieved through process improvements and deployment of new technologies.
• Manages the company's Engineering Resources to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers requirement.
• Develop the team members, processes, and environment to achieve desired results.






• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Production control in electronic manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years As Production Assistant Manager or higher in electronic manufacturing industry
• Have knowledge of electrical engineering methodologies and tools, Pro Engineer, tooling, File documentation protocol, Bill of Material Structuring
and related file management tools is a requirement.
• Able to use MS Office, Auto CAD
• Conversational middle level of English
• Able to communicate in Chinese is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 2 times per month)
