Work Outline: Be sales staff to support customer who come to shopping


Duties & Responsibility: 
Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of store.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Responding to customer complaints and comments.


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Age 25-40, Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree in any field 
At least 2 years of experience of shop operation manager.(any industry is OK)


[Preferable]
Able to speak Japanese


Languages skills 
English: Conversational level
 Japanese: 


Workplace Area: Nava Park
Working Hour: 9:30-18:30/10:30-19:30(Mon-Fri)
