Work details
• Responsibility for translator (70%) and sales activity support (30%)
• Contact with client and received order by phone and e-mail
• Visit client in Eastern seaboard area with JP sales
• Translate JP-TH or TH-JP in sales department
• Receive P/O and issue invoice
• Input data to production control system and inform P/O to factory
• Issue quotation to client
• Manage and confirm delivery schedule and inform to client
• Other tasks as assigned
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri, Depend on company calendar *3 days per year)
• Age 25-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• At least 2 years experiences in Sales support in manufacturing industry.
• Good personality
• Advance conversation middle in English
• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3)
• Good skill in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
