<Job Responsibilities>
- Purchasing: prepare purchase order, plan stock availability, and coordinate deliveries
- Order management: ensure smooth order flow, follow up and resolve any pending orders.
- Inventory management: manage, trace, keep suitable level of stock based on customer forecast and market trend, control aging and generate stock report.
- Aftersales Management: handle and resolve problem related customer enquiries.
- System support: troubleshoot and resolve system related issues.
- Reporting: prepare, maintain, and analyze required reports, summarize your findings.
- Contribute to projects individually, and as part of the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working within the Supply Chain area/ Import
- Have some experiences or knowledge about Thai FDA
- Language: English for daily conversation

- Computer skill: Strong MS Excel, Other MS office programs are plus advantage

- การจัดซื้อ: จัดเตรียมใบสั่งซื้อ วางแผนสต๊อกสินค้า และประสานงานการจัดส่ง
- การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ: ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าคำสั่งซื้อขายราบรื่น ติดตาม และแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อที่รอดำเนินการ
- การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง: จัดการ ติดตาม รักษาระดับสต็อกที่เหมาะสมตามการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้าและแนวโน้มของตลาด ควบคุมอายุและสร้างรายงานสต็อก
- การจัดการหลังการขาย: จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบถามลูกค้า
- การสนับสนุนระบบ: แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ
- การรายงาน: จัดเตรียม บำรุงรักษา และวิเคราะห์รายงานที่จำเป็น สรุปสิ่งที่ค้นพบ
- มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการเป็นรายบุคคลและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ด้านซัพพลายเชน/นำเข้า
- มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับอย.ไทย
- ภาษา: ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับการสนทนาประจำวัน
