 Work Outline: To support HR senior section manager and be responsible for visa and work permit issue.


 Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support HR senior section manager’s tasks
 Keep good relationship between Staffs  
 Be responsible for issuing Visa and work permit for native Japanese staffs
 Help to input or create Excel Files as needs in Human Resource Work
 Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age between 25-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 At least 1 year of working experience in HR/GA field
 Willing to learn new things and familiar with Japanese culture
 Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Be able to use SAP
 Experience in BOI




Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB All including
