• Responsible for overall business performance and strategic planning of own accounts
• Develop, maintain, and share detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, customer business
drivers, and competition
• Drive the development of existing and new markets and trade lanes
• Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy
• Act as focal point for customer resolution and claims
• Plan, facilitate and conduct customer negotiations
• Collaborate with different functions to ensure volume, mix and profitability targets are met
• Ensure services are delivered to customers in a correct and timely manner
• Responsible to always maintain customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday -Friday, Work in office 100%)
• Age 30-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development roles for logistic and warehouse industry
• Knowledge in logistics and warehouse process
• Business level in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Customer oriented, self-disciplined, results focused with a “can-do” attitude.
