• Develop company Quality Assurance policies; ensure all employees are following guidelines for QA follow-up procedures
• Achieves quality management system operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing
and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer standards; identifying and resolving problems;
completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change
• Estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions specifying
quality requirements of product with customer
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability
studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Control quality management system employees, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and
procedures
• Ensure that the products labeled with the mark of mandatory/Compulsory certification would conform to the requirements of the product
certification standards
• Guarantee the safekeeping and proper use of certification marks
• Manage market information, record, and coordinate between in-house and customer.
• Determining training needs for the quality management system team.
• Supervising quality management system supervisor and staff. Cooperating with all sections to correct and prevent nonconformity occurrences in
System.
• To report the performance of our quality system to the President for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
• Representing the company with external parties on matters relating to the quality assurance system.

• Other assigned tasks
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Monday-Friday, *Saturday working: one or two times per year and if necessary)
• Age 36-45 years
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least five (5) years of Quality Management System experience in the automotive manufacturing business
• At least (5) years in management level (Assistant Manager up)
• Conversational middle-level English
• Good coordination skill
• Good Leadership and Human Resource Management
• ISO9001, IATF16949 Requirement knowledge, and skill
• Internal Quality Audit (IQA) knowledge and skill
• IATF 16949 Core Tools (CP, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC)
• Strategic Planning Based on Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Principle
• Manufacturing Practices
• Have management skills is preferable
• Have experience suggesting *HR strategies to management is preferable
*HR strategies: the creation of mid-to-long-term human resource and recruitment plans, as well as organizing the HRD portion of these plans
• Understand ISO system is preferable (ISO45001, 14000, 50001, IATF16949)
