<Job Responsibilities>
• Receive and review forecast order from customer or Sales office.
• Review, order and monitor material schedule.
• Review and manage machine allocation.
• Plan, monitor and correct production plan and delivery plan.
• Arrange finished goods for delivery.
• Control and deliver products to customer
• Control inventory
• Define risks that impact products conforming and production capability to respond customer satisfaction
• Define the action plan for the above risks
• Solve quality compliance and problems
• Plan quality management system matched to customer’s requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements related to TTL-M.
• Plan KPI to achieve the targets, including plans when the targets could not be achieved
• Improve themselves by reviewing the system and processes for truly correspondence customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 44-48 years old
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in Production control as manager level (*Product should be electrical or mechanical products)
- Experience in preparing the production plan (production capacity, lead time, man-hours, etc.)
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 650 up)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can join immediately or short period of notice

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• รับและตรวจสอบใบสั่งคาดการณ์จากลูกค้าหรือสำนักงานขาย
• ตรวจทาน สั่งซื้อ และตรวจสอบตารางวัสดุ
• ตรวจสอบและจัดการการจัดสรรเครื่องจักร
• วางแผน ติดตาม และแก้ไขแผนการผลิตและแผนการส่งมอบ
• จัดเตรียมสินค้าสำเร็จรูปสำหรับจัดส่ง
• ควบคุมและส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
• ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
• กำหนดความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสอดคล้องของผลิตภัณฑ์และความสามารถในการผลิตเพื่อตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• กำหนดแผนปฏิบัติการสำหรับความเสี่ยงข้างต้น
• แก้ไขการปฏิบัติตามคุณภาพและปัญหา
• วางแผนระบบการจัดการคุณภาพที่ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ TTL-M
• วางแผน KPI เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย รวมทั้งแผนเมื่อไม่สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
• พัฒนาตนเองด้วยการทบทวนระบบและกระบวนการเพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าอย่างแท้จริง
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 44-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตในระดับผู้จัดการ (*ผลิตภัณฑ์ควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำแผนการผลิต (กำลังการผลิต, เวลานำ, ชั่วโมงการทำงาน ฯลฯ)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (TOEIC 650 คะแนนขึ้นไป)

- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือแจ้งให้ทราบในระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ
