Work Outline: Responsible for administrative, HR, secretary and accounting functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General
Issue invoice and tax invoice/receipt of the Company
Prepare withholding tax certificate of the Company
Maintain the Company documents
Maintain the office supplies
Send mails and arrange messengers to deliver documents
Other administrative works upon the request
- Accounting
Provide bookkeeping/tax filing of the Company under the review of Accounting manager
Other accounting matters upon the request from Director or Accounting Manager
- HR
Preparation of salary slip for employees of the Company Secretary
- Secretary
Translation of Thai documents to English or English documents to Thai
Prepare materials in English or Thai based on requests from Director
Other matters upon the request
- Accounting Service
Bookkeeping services, Tax filling services, Payroll services (Under the review of Director or Manager)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 23-35 years
Bachelor’s degree
Related working experience above 1-2 years
Good knowledge in Accounting and Tax
Proficiency in MS office
Preferable Skill / Experience
Able to manage stress and work under pressure
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and team player, ability to prioritize, multi tasks & resolve issues
General accounting / tax knowledge
Languages skills
English: Business level
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: Monday-Friday 09:30 – 17:30 (7hrs)
