Production design manager(SDG-80489)

• Mainly progress confirmation for new model and managing subordinates who make design drawing by using Auto CAD
• Make a process by looking at the design drawing
• Create evaluation test for new model
• Prepare DFMEA, PEMEA, BOM, Flow chart
• Introduction and adjustment for new model
• Show leadership both Thailand office and Laos factory
• Follow up the production plan and prepare a summary of the planned results
• Negotiate purchase components
• Explain about products and planning promotion for member and customer by showing drawing.
• Make plan and follow for new products and line
• Report to JP GM
• Coordinate with their client (visit client) and Laos branch
• *Must visit client (be able to choose with driver or drive by own self)
• Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager


Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon- Fri *Every other Saturday working)






• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience of develop and manage in harness products
• Have knowledge and experience of APQP
• Experience of introduction new model as a project
• Have knowledge of IATF16949
• Advanced conversational middle level of English (Be able to read documents, communicate)
*It might need to communicate with European customer
• Have good PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
• The person who can go business trip for Laos
• It might need to go to China and Vietnam as business trip in the future
• Have experiences as design and develop products for automobile harness is preferable
• Advanced conversational middle of Japanese is preferable
