Work Outline: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments; follow up on customer interactions and some other related work.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 25-35 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
Having 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sale / Marketing support.
Having ability to communicate in Japanese; face to face, telephone, email
Good command of English.
Having a great service mind and interpersonal skill.
Computer literacy.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Can be able to work flexible hour
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (JLPT N3 and above)
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke/ (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 10.30am to 19:30pm [ Flexible working day: 5 days a week]
