Maintaining a professional relationship with existing client
Duties & Responsibilities:
To manage the key account list to maximize sales and maintains sales contacts with appropriate representative of major courier clients and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
Collects dues on all courier services sold on credit within agreed timelines & develop daily, weekly and monthly prospects of potential clients
Files weekly reports with the courier sales manager on week’s activities and accurate reporting to the Directors as required
Handles all customer complaints and give feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.
Meets weekly with courier Director to strategize on prospective clients and evaluate business from the existing clients and Reviews the previous day's operations with courier Director for efficient service delivery
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing
5 to 10 years working experience in sales related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High drive for results
Very high personal standards
Good Proposal writing skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Appreciation for numbers Appreciation for numbers
Strong customer focus
Good planning and organizing skills
Languages skills
English: Conversational level

Workplace Area: Bangna Trad KM 19
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) (Be able to discuss with Manager)
