<Job Responsibilities>
• Managing and participating in due diligence and business valuation engagements, and leading engagements which are complex and Mazars’ client critical.
• Analyzing financial/operational results of companies/targets by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management
• Preparing or evaluating pro-forma financial information
• Evaluating effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements
• Performing research on industry and organization
• Assist directors and senior people in M&A transactions/Corporate Finance through preparation of investment teaser, information memorandum, business plan, financial analysis and managing client communications as and when needed.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years from Auditing/Accounting firms as Financial Advisory field
- Knowledge in Due Diligence, Deal Advisory and other related services
- Business level of verbal and written in English
- Experienced of various industries

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Can join immediately or within short notice
- CPA CFA, ACCA, or MBA

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• การจัดการและการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์สถานะและการประเมินมูลค่าธุรกิจ และนำการมีส่วนร่วมที่มีความซับซ้อนและมีความสำคัญต่อลูกค้าของบริษัท
• การวิเคราะห์ผลทางการเงิน/การดำเนินงานของบริษัท/เป้าหมายโดยการตรวจสอบบันทึกทางบัญชีและสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร
• การจัดเตรียมหรือประเมินข้อมูลทางการเงินเสมือน
• การประเมินผลกระทบของฤดูกาลและวัฏจักรต่อความต้องการกระแสเงินสด
• ดำเนินการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมและองค์กร
• ช่วยเหลือกรรมการและพนักงานอาวุโสในการทำธุรกรรม M&A/การเงินองค์กร ผ่านการจัดเตรียมทีเซอร์การลงทุน, บันทึกข้อมูล, แผนธุรกิจ, การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน, และการจัดการการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเมื่อจำเป็น
• ปลูกฝังความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและมีความรู้ที่ดีในการใช้ประโยชน์จากวิธีการที่แพร่หลาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีจากสำนักงานตรวจสอบ/บัญชีในด้านที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน
- ความรู้ใน Due Diligence, Deal Advisory และบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจทั้งการพูดและเขียน
- มีประสบการณ์จากอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือภายในระยะเวลาอันสั้น
- CPA CFA, ACCA หรือ MBA
