<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and execute regular maintenance schedule
- Plan and execute inspection or regular equipment check
- Manage spare parts list and purchase plan and ask purchase team (if it is needed to increase)
- Plan and create yearly investment plan
- Report and contact HQ in Japan about Equipment or Production matter (in English Japanese Language)
- Communicate with Admin Department about budget control
- Communicate with sub-contractors
- Manage overall Job duties based on ISO, PSM and Thailand law to check the safety
- Manage Safety, Hygiene and Environment according to the regulation
- Respond inquiry from other department to repair instruments
- Manage attendance and performance of team members and give education or advice
- Improve technical skill to make effectiveness and cost reduction better
- Prepare and submit approval sheet (Ringi Form) to the management about selling, disposing, or purchasing assets.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree at related field such as Mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years experience as machine maintenance engineer
- Be able to read drawings
- Have conversational high level of English

<Preferable skills>
- Have conversational high level of Japanese (Higher than N2 level)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Every other Saturday))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนและดำเนินการตามกำหนดการบำรุงรักษาตามปกติ
- วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจสอบหรือตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เป็นประจำ
- จัดการรายการอะไหล่และแผนการซื้อและสอบถามทีมจัดซื้อ (หากจำเป็นต้องเพิ่ม)
- วางแผนและจัดทำแผนการลงทุนประจำปี
- รายงานและติดต่อ HQ ในญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์หรือการผลิต (เป็นภาษาอังกฤษภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
- ติดต่อฝ่ายธุรการเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมงบประมาณ
- สื่อสารกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- บริหารจัดการงานโดยรวมตาม ISO, PSM และกฎหมายไทยเพื่อตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย
- บริหารจัดการความปลอดภัย สุขอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมตามระเบียบ
- ตอบคำถามจากแผนกอื่นเพื่อซ่อมเครื่องมือ
- จัดการการเข้างานและประสิทธิภาพของสมาชิกในทีมและให้การศึกษาหรือคำแนะนำ
- พัฒนาทักษะทางเทคนิคเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนได้ดีขึ้น
- จัดทำและส่งใบอนุมัติ (Ringi Form) ให้กับฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับการขาย การจำหน่าย หรือการซื้อทรัพย์สิน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถอ่านภาพวาดได้
- มีบทสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง

<ทักษะที่ต้องการ>
- มีการสนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง (สูงกว่าระดับ N2)
