Work outline: Be responsible and support all the Accounting tasks


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
 Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
 Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
 Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
 Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
 Organize and maintain financial records 
 Managing accounting data, making report
 Prepare monthly account reconciliations 
 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female only, age 30-37 years old  
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting ONLY 
 At least 5 years’ experience focusing on inventory control, costing and VAT and able to reconcile for report supporting financial report
 Able to understand accounting system 
 Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula
 Document of Transcripts are required


Preferable: 
 Supervise skill


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
