Work details
• Update all systems - internal/ external with shipment data.
• Broad Knowledge in Air Products (Import and Export) Operations
• Creation of Air Freight forwarding documents, e.g. verify copy MAWB (Master Air Way Bill), HAWB (House Air Way Bill), Manifest, Cartage Advice
• Checking Air Import/Export arrival, departure, and customs clearance.
• Ensure all security arrangements and procedures are met.
• Follow cargo/shipment irregularity handling procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others)
• Work to be our vendor's lowest cost customer through electronic booking, shipper-built units, and other creative
• Other tasks assigned
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri, Sat: none)
• Age 30-50 years
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in logistics.
• At least 5 years of experience as an air freight forwarder including Airline connection at the logistics company
• Conversational Middle level of English
• Not job hopper
• Ability to travel to BKK office is preferable
