Work outline: Responsibility in Sales Support


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support Sales Team (managing delivery products, demo units, writing letters, answering the phone, responding to emails, inventory checking and preparing documents, sourcing of office supplies, marketing pieces etc.) 
 Support of Administration, Human Resources
 Support of logistic (import/ export process, prepare shipping documents, arranging transportation, checking inventories, contacting oversea factory by English, registration to TFDA etc.


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female only, age 22-30 years old  
 Bachelor’s Degree 
 0-3 years’ experience in Sales Support /Logistic field /Medical /Importing/Exporting 
 Fresh graduate are welcome
 Honest, responsible, outgoing and positive team player 
 Can use MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) well
 Able to work under pressure
 Ability to adapt to different personality types
 High Self-management in duty


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: BRT Wad Dan
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 – 28,000 THB negotiable
