Work details
• Receive orders from customers Liaise between customers and suppliers
• Take care of documents related to sales work such as issuing invoices, POs, etc.
• Manage inventory stock
• Use ERP system to work
• Prepare and collect documents related to ISO
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri, *Saturday: one time per month, 08:50 am – 11:50 am)
• Age 24-28 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (If the Faculty of Business Administration will be specially considered)
• Have 2 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator in any field
• Have own car with driving license
• Have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Having knowledge and understanding of ERP system will be an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for learning is preferable
• Have a good personality and good human relations is preferable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills is preferable
