Work details
• Manage sales activity
• Make weekly forecasts & reports as assigned
• Make billing and follow-up payments from customers
• Manage Price & Make quotations & Cost checks
• Visit customers to update market information (with sales staff)
• Communicate with customers and maintain a good relationship
• Translate Thai to English to Japanese as assigned
• Others as assigned
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: One time in a month* depend on company Calendar)
• Age 22-39 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Female preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in Sale Coordinator or admin or related work such as making documents in manufacturing company
• Conversational level of Japanese (N3 level)
• Conversational middle level of English (Use when read and reply in email)
• Ability to multitask
• Having experience in machine construction will be an advantage
