Work Outline: To manage the QC team and handle the customer’s complain about casting detail from production line


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Manage QC and reduce NG
 Be in charge of negotiation with customer and customer audit
 To integrated quality awareness throughout the job at all times
 Ensure inspection standard follow customer requirements
 Ensure the quality final products meet specification and fulfill customer requirements.
 Manage and control the daily work of subordinates
 Manage and control documentation of related document in QC to keep due date
 Manage directly 4 subordinates which are 2 assistant managers and 2 supervisors


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality , Male only, age between 35-50 years old 
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Relate field 
 At least 8 years of experience as QC in Die-casting, Injection or Mold only
 Knowledge of 8D Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and ISO 9000/ISO14000/TS16949
 Strong organizational and communication skill
 Strong management skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels
 Good command in MS-Office


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
 Leadership
 Japanese skill would be advantage

Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) Work on Saturday twice a month
