Work Outline: Responsible to support sales and client


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue 
 To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (phone and email)
 Arrangement of transportation for client
 Operate the meeting for client
 Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 30-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Al least 4-10 years’ experience as sales coordinator in logistic/export-import or any related field
 Experience in customer service 
 Working experience in Japanese company and understanding of Japanese culture
 Willing to work on Saturday (half day)
 Have a service mind


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Customer service skills


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level 
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: ARL Lat Krabang
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri) and 8:30-12:00 (Sat)
