Work Outline: Reviewing all legal documents, contract and etc. Work closely with International BD team


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Work closely with International BD team to study Requirements from the client, analyze the requirements
 Drafting and reviewing agreements and providing comments or proposing amendments. • Rendering written legal opinion and advice
 Research all information which deems necessary for company business
 Sometimes go abroad to visit client with BD team 
 Other ad hoc assignment as may assigned 


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, male or female, age 27-35 years
 Bachelor Degree in Law
 At least 2 years of working experience in Legal field
 Good command in Japanese (JLPT2)
 Communication skills and coordination skills
 Be able to travel domestics or overseas (sometimes)


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversation
Japanese: N2 or above


Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)
