<Job Responsibilities>
*Verbal tasks: around 60%/ document tasks around 40%
- Make Arrangements for Meetings to ensure arrangements for meeting such as annual general meeting (AGM) and any special or extraordinary general meetings are met (booking the room, arranging for equipment and refreshments, organizing facilities for those with special needs, etc.)
- Preparing a minute of meeting and circulating approved minutes.
- Understand the company's policies, strategies, and budget to accurately communicate management ideas and opinions.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence in Thai and Foreign languages which were used by the organization on a regular basis.
- Compile data sheet to prepare reports and drafts of speech.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management and Japanese Expatriates i.e. air ticket reservation, and hotel reservation
- Logging or processing bills or expenses for per diem and travelling expenses.
- Offering and circulating approved document to relevant department.
- Translation and interpretation Japanese, English, and Thai.
- Perform interpreter tasks between Japanese and Thai staffs include Board Meeting, Townhall Meeting etc.
- Perform translation tasks i.e. document, slide, report, letter, other document translation (Japanese, English, and Thai)
- Make various documentation (Power point, Excel, Word etc.,) assigned by the Management.
- Visit branches or clients in upcountry with report line.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or any related fields
- At least 2 years as Secretary or Interpreter
- Proficient in Japanese: N1 (Highly prefer), N2 (optional)
- Good command of English (Translation, email, other coordinator tasks)
- Good computer skill (Power point, Excel, Word etc.)
- Able to go to upcountry as day trip or business trip with report line (such as Saraburi or other province) *company car support; drive by own or company driver provided
- Good Japanese manner
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Short notice, immediately joined candidate
- Holding driving license
- Both experience as Secretary and Interpreter/ translator
- Able to drink alcohol
