<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for engineer team control, planning, and manpower management
・Management engineer team to ensure that plan is going smoothly
・Train your subordinates to make better productivity
・Review and Update Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Plan to Japanese manager
※ There are some interpreter.
・Resolve any arising problems or complaints, then conduct Kaizen activity in all factory
・The other tasks assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Higher than a college diploma in engineering
-At least 5 years experience in Production Control in any manufacturing company
- Having Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- At least 2 years experience of management position (above supervisor level)
- Basic level of English for internal communication

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have strong management skills and mental
・Not job hopper
