Production Supervisor/Manger (SDG-81737)

• Verify the daily machinery inspection of the subordinates according to the daily and weekly / monthly machinery inspection schedule
• Verify the records of documents on the environment, safety, occupational health (SHE) and quality (Q) of subordinates
• Supervise subordinates to perform their duties in accordance with the manual (QP/EP), operating procedures (WI) and supporting documents (SD) specified by the Company
• Push and support subordinates to work under environmental regulations. Occupational Safety (SHE) and Quality (Q)
• Propose ideas and communicate with Maintenance and PE departments to develop more efficient machines
• Encourage training and create a Q&SHE awareness, including providing personal protective equipment (PPE) and supporting equipment
• Different emergency to have enough use in the risk area
• Other tasks as assigned

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon – Fri, Saturday Working: Depend on company calendar)




• Age 30-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields
• At least 5 years of working experience as Production leader - Supervisor in manufacturing.
• 3 years management experience having subordinate under control
• Have knowledge about Die Casting process is a must
• Have knowledge in mold diecasting or plastics injection.
• Conversation low-middle in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Logical and critical thinking skills
