Work Outline: Support Japanese VP for the document and secretary task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese VP
Provide clerical and administrative support to management and team.
Translate necessary documents as requested.
Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.
Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement for VP...
Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meeting, and arrange appointment
Handle role of interpreter in the meeting, some ceremony translation and etc.
Coordinate with all department and outside people
Support Japanese management to ensure smooth communication with local staff.
Handle and support ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2-5 years of working experience in administration.
Strong knowledge of written and spoken English and Japanese at least JLPT 2
Experienced in Automotive Industry will be advantage..
Computer literacy.
Good interpersonal skill
Service minded and ability to work well in a team environment to support the other team members
Flexible work hour, able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good command of Japanese (N1)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level (TOEIC 650 scores up)
Japanese: Business (at least N2)
Workplace Area: On-Nut, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
