<Position Objective/Expectation >
- 70% sales administration / 30% sales support.
We would like to have the employees understand sales administration in the first six months after joining the company, and then learn sales support operations.
- In the future, we would like to ask you to develop new sales contacts and take charge of the contacts you develop.
<Job Responsibilities>
1) Sales administration (70%)
- Customer order management, PO management, and preparation of simple drawings and quotations.
-Contact with customers, and delivery date management and order processing (including document processing).
2) Sales support (30%)
- Contact and provide quotations via e-mail until a contract is signed. (In some cases, only Thai is spoken at the time of sales to local companies in Thailand.)
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and quality control departments when sales have received some project that require internal coordination.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of Work Experience in Sales support or sales administration in any Manufacturing Industry or Trading company
- Advanced conversation middle-level of English
- Ability to learn to overcome difficult situations and be positive.
- Able to communicate smoothly both internally and externally.
